Default Announcing the launching of the "Chimaera Doubleneck Neck Appreciation Society"

I am hearing of several Chimaera double neck guitars that are set to arrive in the coming months. To join this Society one has to acquire one of these amazing instruments and post picture for us to see!! Steve

The best I can do for now is to sign-up for the society by saying that I'm in the process of ordering a Chimaera. A 6/12 in vintage amber top and headstock front, gloss black back, sides and bridge, with gold hardware/gold Emerald logo. I'm very excited to get my hands on this guitar.

And the best I can do is turn green with envy and wish I could afford another guitar right now!
They are as much works of art as musical instruments IMHO...

Then maybe you'd like the green color weave Emerald offers? Not to my taste, but it is sweet!

I had to sell a guitar (my CA GXi) I thought I'd never part with to help make this happen.

All kidding aside I am excited to get this guitar in two other people's hands that can review and give opinions. I obviously thing it is awesome and historic guitar. It is hard for me to play any other one now. It will be great to have others maybe agree or maybe find out I am just a obsessed nut.

Hey Steve. Does Alistair throw-in one of those pins with every purchase of a Chimaera? If not, how does one get one?

Default Count me in

I emailed Alistair a few weeks ago with some questions about finishes on the Chimeara, but have not heard anything back.

I have lined up the financing for a Chimeara- now all I have to do is get a discussion going with Alistair about the particulars. If you can help me with this would you please?

I exchanged emails with Alistair a couple of days ago regarding the specs for mine. He's REAL busy, but he will get back to you. You may want to try communicating with him via the Emerald website because for some reason, sometimes emails have ended-up in his spam box.

Tom I made that pin as a joke before going to Carbon Fest in Utah. Found a Irish Hard Rock Cafe Pin on Ebay and used white sticky label paper to make my own captions. There is probably another pin like it on Ebay, just got to be nuts and label it.
