Smile 2007 Eastman AC712 acoustic electric

AAA Englemann Spruce top, beautiful solid Rosewood b&s, ebony fingerboard, and a deep OM body. It also has a passive under-bridge dual transducer pick-up, 1 3/4" nut, a straight neck, and low action (.070 at 12th fret). The deep body and Eastman construction quality allows this guitar to project like a dreadnought, but with the playing comfort of an OM body.

It has a custom Black Walnut pick guard installed, which can be easily and safely removed if desired. There are several minor dings and finish cracks on the guitar, but nothing serious. I've read that the finish on these are very thin...which allows for greater resonance. There are no cracks in the wood, or separations anywhere.* This guitar is beautiful, and plays & sounds like a dream. I had a custom ebony pickguard installed. Comes with case and D'Addario sound hole tuner.

Need $1,100 shipped

Beautiful. Just coming off a major purchase or I'd be seriously interested.

Thanks, yeah I've had high-end Taylors, and a Webber and the tone of this Eastman is every bit as beautiful. It's ridiculous for an instrument at this price point.

Another enthusiastic endorsement for these guitars. I have the same guitar; just built earlier when they were designated AC710 models. Not sure why they made that change, but that's how Eastman rolls.

These are very responsive to finger-style and stand up to heavy strumming. Lots of projection, very articulate, and just the right amount of overtones. Everything about these guitars is top notch.
