Default Hamblin Brazilian GC 4575.00!!!! Sold!

Reduced to sell at 4575.00!!

I bought this wonderful guitar from a fellow AGF"ER. The following is a link to the actual guitar I bought. Since then I have had the opportunity to buy my dream guitar. So most of my guitars are being sold to pay for this one expensive guitar http://www.acousticguitarforum.com/f...ght=hamblin+gc That being said the Brazilian Hamblin is everything written up in the ad. Fine guitar at a fine price for a Brazilian Hamblin.

I have permission buy the seller to use the ad. It says sold but it is really available for sale as I bought it and now am selling to fund my Tippin build.

I am asking 6500.00 includes shipping. Reduced to 4575.00. I ACCEPT PAYPAL (Buyer pays paypal fees) I also accept, Wire Transfers, money orders or bank checks as well. Thanks for looking!

I need to break that down in parts.
So you're asking more for the guitar than the former seller who never shipped the guitar to you was asking in trade value, which I'm assuming was a premium, to jump on your dream guitar but really to get a Tippin built?

There was no trade involved. I bought the guitar from the AGF member for a given price. I actually did receive the guitar. I had the chance afterwards I bought this guitar to buy my dream guitar which was a Tippin. Now I need to sell off most of my guitars even this one to pay for it. Simple as that. BTW I should be able to sell this wonderful guitar for what I it is worth. There should only be discussion about price in a private message. I do not question what people are charging for their guitars on the forum. If you feel like making a reasonable offer then make one and send it through a pm. Thanks.

The guitar market is incredibly tough right now, so guitars are selling way cheaper then they should be. There are sellers who practically give away fine instruments and then there are buyers who can afford to purchase and hold on to them until the market returns. I really do not see the harm if a forumite feels he can play a guitar for a little and flip it for a few extra bucks... personally its' nobody's business but his.... I happen to have owned this guitar and it is piano like awesome tonally. A beautiful and rare guitar built by a fabulous builder who is currently not building....

As the original seller here, I can see both sides of this. But honestly, I always felt that this guitar was more than worth the money I was asking. It is a tough environment for sellers. At the end of the day, a guitar is worth what a guitar is worth. I see some guitars here on the forum right now that are worth more to the sellers than they would be to me. As such, I really don't care at all what someone else paid...all I really care about it what I pay...and I pay what I think something is worth to me and me alone. I think this is true with all buyers.

Furthermore, I agree with Dan, this guitar has mojo that few in it's size have, and as such this seller can do as he pleases with his guitar. The marketplace always makes the final decision anyway on guitars and just about everything else from cars to candy bars.

So, I say let free enterprise prevail!!

I don't have a reasonable offer. Are you willing to accept two unreasonable offers?
