Classical guitar progressions?

So I play metal and I've recently got up to the point where I've memorized all the shapes, positions and inversions on all triads concerning minor (natural, harmonic and melodic). Previously, I would only apply these in riffing melodic situations, but now that I'm moving into chord land, I'd love to get some insight.

Considering my musical style, my ear likes to hear the #7. And I've gotten used to playing progressions like V-VI-i, ii-i, iv-VI-vii-i, and even i-vi. Then I thought, playing these full chords sounds really classical and after a long time search Youtube for classical guitar songs that catch my ear, I have found none.

So my question is, does anyone know any other cool songs, progressions or tricks that sound good in harmonic minor, particularly in classical guitar?

In addition, are there any seventh chords or any other upper extensions that give it this kind of flavor?

Also, aside from harmonic minor, what are some cool phrygian/phrygian dominant songs/progressions?
