I love listening to classic country when doing house work. Waylon, Willie, Jerry Reid, Hank Jr, Stapleton, Sturgill etc Makes cutting grass and cleaning more bearable.

Something that makes me want to get busy... The Who, The Police, Scythian, Clapton, Fogelberg, Beatles, the blues, etc...

I keep buying vinyl and I dont have a heck of a lot of time to listen to it. So house cleaning tends to involve whatever I havent listened to yet. Lately its been Asleep At The Wheel and Some Commander Cody. Probably because they are on top of the most recent haul. That said for some reason Ry Cooder Into The Purple Valley gets a lot of chore time spin time.

When I'm just straightening up around the house or just puttering around, I have an extended playlist of Nick Drake's stuff that I put on...

Beautiful, innovative music, even after all these years, and listening to him just keeps me cooled out and relaxed...

If I'm feeling ok, but just a little moody, I turn to Leonard Cohen to see me thru the day...

Lately I’ve been on a kick listing to Dave Carter and Tracy Grammer on Apple Radio. They made great music, but Dave left us too soon.

For housework and chores I like Strunz and Farah, the Gipsey Kings, Willie and Lobo, that sort of thing.

I'll put the Tom Petty channel on Pandora. You get a good mix of rock n roll
