I love my Loudbox. I was looking at the Mini myself, but managed to find a used Artist for about the same as a new Mini. If you can spare the extra pesos, get it instead. IMHO, the Artist is more versatile for not that much more money and has a lot more extra features. Like the headphone jack someone mentioned earlier. My primary reason for choosing it over the Mini, is that it has 2 XLR inputs. Not all my guitars have pickups. With the Artist I am able to use a SM58 for vocals and an SM57 (it's what I got) mounted lower on the mic stand for the guitar. The built in FX are fantastic too. Fishman really did a great job with the Loudbox.

I love my loudbox mini. I take it to my church and play. It's very depedable and sounds great.

For 329 you can get the "songwriter" package at Sweetwater, that is the mini, a nice mic, a cable and a (cheap) mic stand.
+1 on the Mini, dollar for dollar one of the best amps out there I'd say.
