Default Do I need a DI Box?

Solo Singer/Acoustic Guitar. I am using an Aura 16 Pedal to a TC Helcion Harmony singer to an RCF 6 Channel Mixer to a Bose L1 Compact.
Do I need a Di Box between the Harmony Singer and the Mixer?

No, you don't. The TC box has an XLR output that can be cabled straight to the mixer.
