The Journey Instruments OF410 is a great, highly regarded travel guitar. Solid Sitka Spruce top with Sapele back and sides - even comes with a pickup. The neck separates from body and the whole thing fits in an awesome backpack. Fits in the overhead bin of even the smallest puddle jumper. I bought this over the fall, and it's in mint condition.
