I hope so! I need to build up a stash so I'm ready for the next time you decide to sell one of your special guitars! Man, that last one is a helluva sweet guitar. Of course, I did have to sell 3 to afford it, though!

Is there any closer picture with the center seam separation? It is difficult to see from current pictures

Great question. I should have posted a picture. When you rub your finger over it, you can feel it.

that's a very clean solid looking fix on the seam work.
this guitar is killing me. I have my eyes on a mandolin and only have the $ for one or the other.

this SC though, this is the deal that's a steal.

if I had not just picked up the parlor Yairi 12 fret 2 weeks ago this would already be at my house.

sent you a PM with 2 questions

Actually it is not a deeper body. I think the reference was to the tone/volume as being of great depth. The 000-12 has that quality because the sound hole is located nearer to center, thus giving the guitar a cavernous voice.

It is one of my favorite models. This might be a great buy for someone. SCGC are fine makers of quality stuff. This small production company does it right.

A minor center seam separation is usually inconsequential.

It really does sound good. I may have to post something to demonstrate. The problem is, the more I play it the more I think of keeping it! Thanks for the well wishes, Glennwillow.

A slight center seam separation like in this case is inconsequential. It is quite common place. I wouldn't let that hinder me at all.

BTW, if you are interested in a trade I'll make quite an offer.
A SCGC PJ all black, customized with adi/EIR. 9.5/10.
I have too many parlors.

It's a +$500 value to you.
