Default fender teleporter

I bought the teleporter second hand for $500 in late 80's and want to know when and where it was made. There are two serial numbers on it. 801174 and 5726734.

They tried to send a Telecaster through but a fly got in there and it came out as a Parker-Brundle Fly.
