Default Eastman AC812CE Acoustic Guitar - No Longer For Sale

Due to lack of interest, which gave me more time to enjoy it, I have decided to pull this from the market at this time. Thanks.

This is a beautiful Eastman AC812CE OM Acoustic, with all AAA solid woods, including maple binding, abalone rosette, Gotoh tuners, Engelmann spruce top, East Indian Rosewood back and sides. This was Eastman's top of the line, most expensive series acoustic, now discontinued and virtually impossible to find. The original list price on this was $1995.00, with a street price of around $1596.00. Looking for xxx plus actual shipping via FedEx in the US.
It is in excellent condition, no finish issues, all original with the exception of a custom tortoise pickguard that was installed. Specs include:
- BODY DIMENSIONS 15" x 4 1/4"
- CUTAWAY Venetian
- TOP WOOD Engelmann spruce
- BRACING Hand Carved, Scalloped X
- ROSETTE Abalone
- BACK/SIDES WOOD Solid Indian rosewood

- NUT WIDTH 1 3/4"
- FINGERBOARD Ebony

BRIDGES/SADDLE Ebony bridge with nominal bone saddle.

Located in East Bay, Ca. Feel free to contact me for any more info. Thanks.

This could be my AC812CE I sold a couple years ago. I hated to sell it, but I own a near identical AC822, was a hard decision. The AC812CE was absolutely the most beautiful guitar I'd even seen, and tone to match. Stunning guitar, worth triple was this asking price is!!!! No exaggeration. Eastmans are wonderful instruments. AAAA Engleman Spruce combo with rosewood is just wonderful to play, rich, deep, impressive sustain.

Possibly, but I bought it locally from a musician who had the original Eastman shipping box - I think he said he bought it new. Either way, nice guitar!
