Default iPad Pro 12.9 Holder

Been thinking about getting into a larger iPad pro 12.9 for lyrics/charts. I've been using my trusting iPad version 2 for about 6 years now and it's been great but starting to have charging issues and it might just be time to upgrade.

I did a radio show last Wednesday and the DJ doing the interview had the fairly new iPad Pro 12.9 (seemed huge in comparison) it was awesome and made mine seem so little. (Not a male envy thing here)

He had no idea if any mic stand holders were available for that size as it's not how he uses it.

I've done a little checking and it seems a few of the universal holders might do the trick but it's always nice to ask to see if anyone has done this yet and see if you have a yay or nay on any tried products.

Most holders do not fit. I bought mine from Amazon for under $20 and it works great. From Hola Music fitting tablets up to 15 inches.

I had been using an iPad Mini with OnSong for several years, and recently switched to the iPad Pro 12.9. I bought an iKlip Xpand that works great with it. Sweetwater had a good price on it during their GearFest last summer.

I thought the Mini might be more "discrete" in use, but no issue using the larger iPad Pro.

The Hercules worked fantastic on the 9.7", but I haven't found anything i like with the 12.9" - In fact, the most useful I've found so far is a music stand -

I use the Hercules with the 9.7 that I have now and it's been a good one. I wish they made one for the larger 12.9.

The two suggestions I got look like they will work well so I'll probably opt for one of those.

Thanks for everyone's suggestions!

I use the AirTurn Manos for my iPad Pro 12.9s. It works just fine, even with the case on.

I have tried several and the only one I have found that works securely for stage work is the AirTurn Manos Universal Tablet Holder. Holds tightly, securely and is easy to put the iPad on. Others slip and suffer from plastic fatigue.
