Need help with distorted signal
On my acoustic pedal board the signal goes into planet waves tuner, through harmony singer, into zoom A3 effects processor, back to RC 30 loop station then out to my JBL eon one. Somewhere through there I’m getting a distorted signal when I strum aggressively on my guitar. The master volume on my zoom A3 is just above halfway. Any help would be great thanks

There are about 12 pieces of equipment that could be causing the problem. The easiest way to diagnose the problem is to eliminate each piece of equipment individually.
I would use a process of less is more. The problem can be anywhere so eliminating everything needs to be tested. Connect your guitar directly to the JBL or an another amp and test. Then add one pedal to the JBL and test. You could either add another pedal or test them one at a time. If you test the pedals individually start adding them one at a time to the chain. This will test your pedal connections. I would also look for problems with your guitar cable, pedal power (pushing it past it's limit). It is not unusual that pedalboards require extensive testing to work out all of the bugs. I've worked on enough of them and the bugs can be anywhere. I recommend using a discrete power supply and hard connectors between pedals when possible to eliminate as many potential problems as possible. I'm assuming that your wiring is direct from pedal to pedal as below and you are using the mono in/out connectors guitar -> planet waves tuner -> harmony singer -> zoom A3 effects processor -> RC 30 loop station -> JBL Eon One

You need to make sure that each gain stage you're going through is set properly--that is, each one needs to be set so that the signal going into it from the last stage doesn't distort when it hits the new stage. The Harmony singer, the A3 and the Loopstation should all have manuals with instructions about how to set their input gain stages. The it's just a matter of not making the outputs too loud for the next stage to handle without distorting.

Make sure the battery in your guitar is fresh. Can sound fine down low, but when you turn it up, you hear the distortion.
