Gerber, build thread for Woodstock and TNAG

So the third guitar, which ended up not being ready in time for the show, is now almost completed, only a few months later (: I got these pics from my finisher tonight. They certainly revived my excitement for this guitar. It should be at my doorstep tomorrow, at which point I'll be able to get started with the final assembly.

Beautiful Guitar !!! If anyone is curious as to what Mastergrade Cocobolo looks like - here's your example.

Thanks Simon! I do consider it a privilege to get to build with such a beautiful set of wood. And the great thing is that I have more of it and I get to do it again someday (:

Today I hope to get the bridge glued on, and hopefully I can have strings on it by the end of the week.

That's indeed some beautiful cocobolo. Those 2 guitars you brought to Woodstock still linger in my head now and then...Can't wait to see this one finish!

I am late to the party here, but what lovely instruments! My goodness they are spectacular.

The playing on the video is wonderful as is the tone of the axe!

Thanks for sharing and thanks for making these beautiful instruments for some lucky folks to use to make beautiful music. This crazy world needs more music!!!
