Default amp question

just wondering rhy I've never seen an electric guitar amp that has an XLR[mic input] in it. maybe to use like our acoustic amps where we can plug in a mic and an elec. guitar [tele]. does this exist? or will everyone say to use my acoustic amp with a tele...?

Hi eyesore...

What would you be longing to plug into an electric amp that requires an XLR plug? Especially considering the frequency response of electric amps tends to be narrow and they are designed to overdrive easily...
