Good call on Melissa, Bagelsgirl. Makes a great tune with a full band as well.

We recently added some 90s music to our acoustic set, which I would throw out as recommendations (audience seems to love them):

Believe -- Lenny Kravitz
She talks to Angels -- Black Crows
I'll Be -- Edwin McCain

Cool

Good list bagelsgirl!
Yes Brandy was a big hit, I have been asked and have played Bobby Mcgee. Melissa is also good. Ive done Freebird but never acoustic. And I agree Puff the magic dragon is still a popular request(and it aint the kids asking for it either) I am going to add The Night they drove old dixie down to my list even though it hasnt been requested in years I like it. I play a lot of "by request" and I got stumped by "Delta Dawn" I knew the music but forgot the lyrics. I got fast help here on the board. Great list!!JW
