All of the information regarding the guitar's dimensions and body trim wood are on the McIlroy web site. The A refers to the body size, the 3 refers to the back and side wood (Rosewood) and the 6 refers to the top wood (Adirondack)
The guitar is in virtually "new" condition without blemish, scratches, dings, gouges, etc.

Actually, the 6 refers to the Italian (Val de Fiemme) spruce. Adirondack is indicated by a 7.
