Vintage 1973 Yamaha FG-1500 Nippon Gakki #1592 Acoustic Guitar for sale

This guitar was handcrafted in 1973, and this model is highly sought after because of its extraordinary tone. The body features a solid Ezomatsu spruce top with a tortoise colored pick guard with intricate wooden inlays, and a two-tone jacaranda and maple back. The neck is mahogany with silver frets, and diamond-shaped Mother of Pearl inlays in an ebony fingerboard. This is a beautiful guitar.

This guitar is in excellent condition (one small chip on the front and a few minor scratches in the finish: see photos). The neck is straight; it needs new strings but still plays and sounds great. Comes with a soft-lined hard case. Ships from the U.S.
