Default South Carolina Rag (Willie Walker)

Hi guys,

here's my latest recording. Willie Walker's South Carolina Rag on a Gibson L-1. From an arrangement by Woody Mann.

I hope you like it.

I like it very much Doug! I am now 3 weeks into fingerpicking, you are an inspiration.

Love it Doug. These tunes you do always make me think...the melody and rhythm are always evoking some kind of image or story.

If you haven't already, give John Cephas and Pink Anderson a listen. That rag is very much in line with the Piedmont style.

Sounded nice.

Great playing and I liked the tune and arrangement too - well done! I've seen Woody Mann playing before here in Scotland and he's brilliant.
