Looping Mandolin over Guitar

Hi folks, need some help - I have a TC Helicon play acoustic that my guitar and mic feeds into. This goes to a Mackie profx10v3 mixer and onto amp. I want to play solos and a few other items on a mandolin and loop this over my guitar and singing at different intervals. What would people recommend to do this in terms of setup and equipment? If down the line i wanted to add another instrument - how best to do this? Thanks!
