Happy Thanksgiving to all American AGFers! It’s kinda neat that this old thread has been resurrected.

Canadians celebrate Thanksgiving early October. As snowbirds who winter in SW Florida, normally my wife and I would be there by now, set to enjoy celebrating the U.S. Thanksgiving as well with our community friends. Talk about a double blessing! However, this year we won’t be heading south until just after New Year (I’m helping my youngest son with his new house construction), so we’re really going to miss it this year...a year where the blessings are felt even greater as our Fort Myers community really dodged a bullet where Irma was expected to destroy our home and car/community. We’re so blessed to have earned/afford this lifestyle and still have a place to go to.

Happy Thanksgiving to the entire AGF community, and thank you JR for hosting this fine forum.
Six years ago,on the Friday after Thanksgiving, I began my guitar journey. I am still not very good but I am having the time of my life. I have learned so much from so many here, and for that, I am grateful. Thank you and may God Bless you.

The ultimate zombie thread - and what a great one it is. Thank you J.R., moderators and all of you wonderful guitar folk out there! Lots of good things have happened in my life because of the AGF.

Everyone have a splendid holiday!

Rick

LOL - thanks for the laugh!

It's close enough now to join in and say Happy Thanksgiving to y'all.
I am also really grateful to have found this place. You've done a lot to further my guitar life and it's awesome!

It's not a zombie thread, it's . . . vintage?

A happy Thanksgiving to all -- and all the best to those for whom this isn't (tomorrow) an actual holiday.
