By "manufactured" I assume you are thinking of larger companies, with multiple employees.

Let's see... there was a Kay (awful thing, my first), several Martins (0018, D35, M38, D12-20), a lonely Gibson (L00), a Czechoslovakian classical whose name is long forgotten, and a reso-something called "Liberty" (Chinese made, set up here). I don't have any of these now.
