This is David's wife. Now I see where he spends so much time.

Darn. Did I just encourage him?

I like to think that I'm more concerned with quality than quantity.

YMMV

How can I verify that my post count went up by one?

Oh! I get it. It's for those who don't understand the alphabet.

I just don't understand the whole "calling-it-the-'alphabet' " thing (and I understand punctuation even less ). I mean , it's 26 letters, right , but we call it 'the ABC's ' , (only 3 there) , or 'The Alphabet' (just two : 'alpha ' and 'beta'). Then,on the keybpoard there're all these other figures, so what are we supposed to call that ... the 'Betabet' ? .... the 'Alfalfabet ' ? (food for thought) .

i'm all about quality as well.

Fun thread, but seriously, a high post count means practically nothing on the AGF. Everyone is respected.

cotten

well, you would know.

but really, john, this thread isn't about you or me, but those just starting out. sure, we respect them, as we respect all our fellow humans, but some may feel just a little insecure when they see their post count so prominently displayed, like a public speaker who's suspenders happen to fail as they reach the podium.

How can all of you posting do something that is so unethical. Everyone should know that post counts are sacred, and should only reflect sincere, meaningful, non-frivolous posts. This gives in unfair advantage over the truly conscientious posters, whose post counts reflect their dedication to all things fair, good, guitar, and the best opinions, facts, and admonitions on how to live life. This will only bring shame and guilt.
