Smile FS/FT: Martin DM (Mahogany Dreadnought) 2000

SOLD ON EBAY.

Here is a fantastic sounding, clear trebles, mahogany dreadnought Martin DM model from the year 2000. It comes with a green felt lined Martin 345 hardshell case. The condition is VG+ to EC- with a few light scratches on the lower bout of the top and some incidental bumps and marks on the back and sides that are only visible with angled lighting.

It has great action at 3/32" at the 12th fret, a straight neck with room on the saddle for more adjustment if desired.

The mahogany tone is bright and airy, clear and sharp treble notes, while maintaining a good low end for overall balance. This is great for the office or on trips as a travel companion.

SOLD ON EBAY . . . plus $39 shipping from California.

I am open to trading up for another higher end Martin, or other dreadnoughts, OMs, 000, or ?? and can add cash for the difference.

Default Fine git, great bang for buck

I have the '98 version. Classic Martin sound at a killer price. It has gotten even better over the past decade. Sounds like a deal.

Thanks Gwandsh. I continually am amazed at how much tone this guitar puts out for the price range.

These are great guitars. I had on OM version which my friend refuses to sell back to me at any price. I like them much better than the recent "lower" end Martins...if you can even call it a "lower" end model.

Good luck!

I prefer to trade UP and add cash instead of laterally.

The interior label by CF Martin says Mahogany on it. I added a photo of the label. The top is solid spruce with laminated mahogany back and sides.
