Default Sold!

Hello,

I'm selling my NS7, which is the custom shop precursor to the NS72. From what I have learned, these were made specifically for the NAMM show. I've not found many of these (only an NS6 and an NS4). It does have a pickup that was in the guitar when I got it. There are no on-board controls, but it sounds great plugged in, very natural. I was told it was a Fishman Matrix Infinity installed by Taylor. Guitar is in perfect shape and plays outstanding. It currently has the ball-end d'Addario folk nylon strings that I put on as an experiment. I like certain things about them but would probably go back to regular nylon strings next change. I'm just playing my steel string more and can't justify such a nice nylon. I have had an NS72, NS52 and NS62. This one is heads and tails above those. Just flat out great playing and sounding nylon. Run through a PA, the pickup sounds very clear and warm. I bought it because I'm a big Jason Mraz and Zac Brown fan. Does that kind of stuff VERY well.

Cedar top, Rosewood back and sides. Case is in good shape. All latches work but one of them is a little funky. One of the "rivets?" that holds the hinge on is loose (see pic). It still opens and closes fine and does not cause any problems.

Has the Custom shop label on the inside with the handwritten serial number. Very cool.

I'm asking $1750 (NOW $1550) NOW $1475 shipped/paypal'd to CONUS. Feel free to email me directly at [email protected] as I check that on my phone at work frequently. I only check the forum in the evenings.

amazing guitar

Have had a couple of questions about the pickup. It's an under saddle pickup and end pin jack. No controls on the guitar.

Guitar has been kept properly humidified and there are no dings anywhere. Email me if you'd like pics of anything specific.

Thanks!

Default possible trades added

I may be interested in trades as well. Things I might be interested in are OM size acoustics (martin, etc.) or a nice Gibson Acoustic. Let me know what you got!

Default Price drop

No longer interested in trades, I have found the guitar I was looking for. Just need to pay for it. PRICE DROP TO $1550. This is a very special CUSTOM SHOP nylon string. Fantastic guitar. I'd much rather this go to a forum member than to eBay.

thanks,

Phil

I believe this is the same taylor nylon I used to own - it sounds better than any other (taylor) nylon I've played!
