Default AMAZON - Bah humbug !

Been having a few problems with this Online seller .
Been a Prime member for a few years now -amazon prime items
have come in a timely manner-which is great . but on 3 different ocassions
non Amazon sellers scammed me ( two amazon settled -the third im still waiting on a solution ) all three of these sellers were from China . When i gave the three poor reviews ,
Amazon removed my reviews .
Im tired of not knowing where the stuff is coming from , plus knowing
that the reviews they post are only the good ones -( makes me wonder if their not fradulant reviews ) Ive even asked about the last one before i bought it ,
and they wouldnt tell me where it was coming from -Kinda feed up
I tried to determine by using the shipping time ( figured two weeks or more ) to figure out where its coming from -( didn't work )
the last item said one week -( which is an obvious lie ) -

My sister in-law signed up to receive items to review and then give a review. It appears the first couple of reviews are the compensated reviews. I always start with the bad reviews. They seem to tell more information than the five star reviews.

I think international sellers should be highlighted as a matter of good business. Buyers should know who they are buying from, if not Amazon themselves.

I had the same problem with Newegg this year. I bought a dashcam and didnt know it was from a seller in China. They stalled when I tried cancelling the order. The item is defective and the distributor is so dishonest - they lied to me repeatedly saying they would send me a prepaid return shipping label, then saying they cant do that then asking if I will pay shipping and they reimburse me, then asking me to pay return shipping. I literally have 54 emails on this subject.

I tried complaining to Newegg and they were the worst customer support I've ever used (and I've been a customer for 15 years). They lied, told me they would fix it, never called back, website fails when I try to write a seller review (probably intentional), etc.

I filed a BBB complaint and they emailed me a UPS return label but I want a replacement unit sent to me first so I'm not unprotected for two months while they piddle around with this on their end.

I make a point to never buy something via Amazon from international sellers because of this type of issue. And I only ever select Prime items.

I did a few early one, a few years ago. Then realized it was a semi-scam.

I just delete their emails now.

i though i was buying it from a US seller -in the listing they showed a week for shipping -after the purchase i got a email threw Amazon that they were sorry but it should of read 2 weeks ( this is after the fact i paid for the item -could not cancel order becasue seller said it was shipped ) by the way its after the two weeks period and its still not here ( bought as a Christmas present -thou its not an exspensive item - i already replaced it ) The problem in my neck of the woods is we have to drive an hour to do any real shopping -so online I must go .

Just order Amazon Prime orders and it's guaranteed.
