Norma Banjo - BA1530

Anyone familar with a Norma Banjo? A sticker on the back of the head stock has the number BA1530. In the center on the front of the head stock is a single star. On the back of the body there is an eagle with three stars above the eagle and a star on each side. The eagle is holding three arrows. I know it is at least from the mid-60's. I'd like to know if this is an entry level, medium, or high end banjo. I'd also like to know an estimated price for one in good condition. Any assistance would be appreciated.
