I spent a weekend with a '68 Standard and hated back in '79(traded with a school chum who had my '77 Strat). Heavy, unbalanced and uncomfortable.

I'm now a PRS guy through and through to the point that I don't touch the Strat and I prefer them to my '83 "Real" B.C. Rich "Eagle" in Bird's Eye which was my barometer for quality.
