Default Ensor Guitars coming to SBAIC- Now with VIDEO from the show

As I'm sure you're aware, SBAIC is just around the corner! I am super excited to get the van packed and hit the road. Should be a fun trip. I am looking forward to the musical highway ruble strip in Arizona (google it) as well as the scenery out west. I love that area of the country.

I am pleased to be able to bring three beauties with me. Each of them showcases a little bit different side of my work and each has a very unique tone. If you get the opportunity to come out to the show, please take a minute to stop by my table and give these a test drive.

Up first is my Brazilian Rosewood and Adirondack Spruce ES. It is a tip of the hat to the traditional- combining one of the most sought after pairing of tonewoods with a classic aesthetic.

Up next is one of my favorite sets of wood I have ever come across- a "Brain" Quilted Sapele and German Spruce ES. This stuff is killer. The back and sides are screaming with unique figure and the top is a beautiful set that came from Martin and was dated from the mid 80s.

My final piece is my new options showcase. My Claro Walnut and Western Red Cedar Concert unveils my new pinned bridge as well as my new headstock shape. The special piece will be demoed by Mark Lemaire. Please come enjoy his performance.

Thanks for viewing. SBAIC is going to be a blast. I hope to see you there.

Great stuff, Chris! Look forward to seeing you and those beauties.
I know what you mean about the "brain" Sapele. It is mind boggling.
See you next week,

Steve

I had a great time being involved with the Santa Barbara show. The drive was amazing, the food was great, and of course, the company was top-notch. While at the show, I had the great pleasure of having Mark Lemaire demo 2 of my guitars. Here is an excerpt of his performance:

The audio is raw, with no effects of any kind. I hope you enjoy Mark's great performance. He is a heck of player.

Very nice! Not only listening to Mark's playing, but staring at those slick wooden boxes! And a very nice rendition of "Because" as well!

Chris, I'm trying to work out a way to attend! These guitars look great, and that walnut sounds amazing! Best of luck at the show!

The guitars sound great, Chris. It was good getting to meet you in SB and test drive these out in person!

Steve,
Thanks for the kind words. Mark did a wonderful job bringing my wooden boxes to life.
