it has a lot of Harmony in it, and the interweb seem pretty convinced it was made by Harmony for Gretsch, as an entry level line. Very pretty, I love the purfling.

It really is a pretty little thing. It has a bit of a ripple at the join (15th fret), but still plays and sounds fairly well. The headstock art is in relief and looks very impressive on the tortoise veneer, and all solid woods. It's a neat guitar.
A few years back a guy dated it to the 20s. Hard for me to imagine but I would like to know more about it. |
