Default No factory tours on Fridays

Stopped by on the 20th of February, hoping for a tour and learned that they no longer have them on Fridays. Had fun in the gift shop area and still received the tour goody bag. Driving away, it seemed that the parking lot was rather empty in the back. Wonder if the tours have stopped on Friday, due to reduced hours or production? Can't help but think instrument sales are down for everyone.
Did go by Deering banjo which is about 15 minutes away and my wife and I had a great personal tour conducted by Carolina who does PR and artists relations and also had a chance to meet Janet Deering.
We were leaving on a cruise that Saturday, so it certainly wasn't a wasted trip.

Posted in the Taylor Guitar Forum, I have to think it's Taylor...

Here's a linky from the Taylor web site which confirms the tours are now only Monday through Thursday. I'm not sure when Fridays were left out.
