I'm pretty picky, but love each and every one of these! I'm wondering if you find the tone of the Pre War and the Collings similar?

I wish I could say one….the truth is 21 although 3 are awaiting medical attention and are not currently playable….1 is a guitar I built and is near completion….7 are self constructed electric partscasters…4 are of vintage age….5 are my “nice ones”……and one is a nylon string banjo guitar.
Just one would be nice…but in reality there are a few that now have sentimental value and will be passed down…

Twenty six. Two electrics left from a stable of 11 when I was playing in a band. I’m lucky and relatively content - Most of these aren’t going anywhere although the 01 and D37 may soon depart to help Fund a custom order

Prefer not to say, but my autistic brother-in-law when visiting us enjoys going into my music room each morning and counting them. He then comes out to inform me and my wife how many guitars I own...I change the subject as quickly as possible.

A man can have only one wife but he can have as many guitars as that one wife will allow.

6 acoustics, one is a 12 string
3 electrics including a 12-string 1 bass 1 mandolin Of these I'd keep 3 acoustics, the bass and the Tele if I had to downsize today. The acoustics are what I play the most and if I ever decide to add another one, something else will be moved out to make room. |

The most was 9. Currently at 7. To be honest 3 is probably sufficient but I do so like playing new to me models. Fortunately space limitations keep it a modest number.
Soups - now that is one impressive list. You have exquisite taste in guitars. |

I have 4 guitars and 2 ukuleles. They all sound different. If I purchase another guitar it will have either a cedar or mahogany top or possibly a spruce top with maple sides. It would have to be completely different from what I already have.

Fortunately, my wife of 36 years asks me regularly if there is another guitar I want. I think she's a keeper!
