Hi 220V,

Wow, very well done! Nice to see you making a video again and showing up on the AGF! I totally enjoyed that medley and your old D-28 sounds very good, as does your playing!

Thanks, Glenn! Appreciate it.

Yeah D-28 is a beast. Modded to the hilt. This is my project guitar

Oh I'm on AGF, but most of the time in stealth mode

Thank you for the comment guys and gals.

One of the things I've noticed while trying to learn these songs is that Jimmy's stuff is a lot harder to get right than most people realize. Especially his unorthodox rhythmic patterns and ghosts notes here and there. Not easy to pick up all that and get his flow correct.
That is why feedback is very useful. After a while, I started doubting myself. Still, do

Truly enjoyed that. Don’t listen to a lot of Zep these days, but heard so many influences in my own playing that this reminded me of. Great fun. (Now if only influence translated into talent . . .)

Thanks, Dave.

Yep, there is very small percentage of bands that Led Zeppelin did not influence.

Nice.

Brings back memories. Reminded me of any night in my room circa 1976.
I might still have the big Zep book buried somewhere.

Isn't it amazing what a few pieces of wire strung over wood can do?

Totally enjoyed every note and now I'm inspired to learn Going to California!!!

Thanks for sharing!!!

Thanks for the comments!

Going to California. Just tune both the low and high E to D and you're good to go

Nice job, man. Took me back to my college years and all that went around at those times. Whew! Wasn’t that something. And Jimmy Page... what an icon he is. He forged a rock guitar history that stands above most others.

That was wonderful, so well played. I love Zeppelin and have all their albums on vinyl and CD! It's inspired me to learn Going to California......I will be looking closely at your video for tips!! Well done!

That was great, man. Those are riffs I definitely want to get some day (I'm a 51-year-old newbie). Thanks!

I agree. Jimmy was not only a great guitar player but amazing songwriter and producer. A complete musician.
