I had a friend who got one via an estate sale a year ago for about $1100. I told him that for that price if he didn't buy it, I sure would, even though I already have one. So expect it to be more than that. Probably little difference between the Baggs and Fishman on-board pickups, price-wise. Mine has the Fishman blender, and my WS-1000 is the best sounding guitar I have for on stage. Choose a balance more mic than pickup and it sounds wonderful.

I'm not a big fan of the mics in Fishman blender systems and have a few. Never got the mic to sound good or not feed back. Interesting that you like it in the Rainsong.

Any other value guesstimates?

I use about 75% mic and 25% pickup, with all the other adjustments set flat. The first time I heard it thru stage monitors, "WOW"! Better than my Martin with the Fishman Natural I, or any of the Taylors with ES or pre-ES Fishmans. In the case of high monitor levels, I go to 25% mic and 75% pickup for better feedback resistance. Not wild about the 100% pickup sound, especially in comparison to the blended signal.
