You’re right. The Super ‘57 I was thinking of is what came in my Ibanez AS93. I’m sure they’re a knock off of what Gibson makes.

Congrats! The '57 Classics in my 339 have the sweetest tone I've ever been able to get outta an electric guitar, so long as I don't neglect the volume and tone knobs.

Oh, yeah. One trick: Back off your bridge pickup tone control to about six and the two will blend a little better.

I love it, Bob! They just have that tone that is most pleasing to my ears in an electric. Gibson must sprinkle some magic in them..
