Leo Brouwer Omaggio a Sor
Here Brouwer pays homage to Fernando Sor in the form of one of the most used early 19th century arpeggio patterns. Sor generally avoided the use of the annular finger of the right hand, hence the p-i-m pattern here. In the previous Brouwer study the p-i-m arpeggio was on one string as in tremolo technique but here in its most traditional form on three strings.
