i will chime in.

yes, i get 'crossover and bleeding" (ha ha...audio engineer lingo).

during casual playing, it does not bother me too much when i play light but, if i need to be on my best behavior, i will mute (with paper) the strings of the neck not being used. its a bit of a bummer but oh-well.

for me, i plug in to a preamp, EQ, two compressors and a delay. so, i have sustain and fullness coming out of my speakers, which triggers the vibrations you ask about. it is a balancing act to live with.

someone needs to design a laser-triggered mechanical robot mute-bar, for each neck, that detects when the hand touches a neck while muting the other (LOL)!
