Default Two Of Us- Beatles Cover

This is a cover that my friend Bill and I recorded of the Beatles song 'Two Of Us' from their Let It Be album. Bill is playing his Harmony 1265-H Sovereign Jumbo and I'm playing my '69 Gibson Hummingbird. The guitars and vocals were recorded 'live' with bass and keyboards overdubbed subsequently by Bill and myself respectively.

Comments welcome. Hope you enjoy it and thanks for listening.

Very well done! Excellent job of the harmony. I used to play that number years ago with a buddy of mine... and I always liked those harmony parts. Great job!

Thanks for listening and all of the kind comments folks!

Bill and I have been playing guitar together since High School and were weaned on the Beatles. We've always loved doing their songs featuring harmonies and 'Two Of Us' is one of the best in that regard.

If you have an interest in hearing more in the same vein we recorded an album of Beatles covers that feature acoustic guitar and harmonies. You can listen to that album here: The Schmeatles

Well,

that was a pleasant surprise !! Very nice, tight harmonies, you sound like two players who have been together for a while.

Huge Beatles fan, nice job.....
