Default telecaster sound on Radiohead song

If one was to approximate the bell-like tone with a telecaster and Vox amp,
do you need the standard telecaster with 2 pickups or does it require
the the additional hum bucker or strat pickup, like a modern player?

I am new to electrics and wish to get a tele but am confused as
to all the options available.

the guy in the video has a "Telecaster plus", he's trying to
mimic Jonny Greenwood's tone.

You can easily get that tone with a Standard Telecaster through a Vox/Matchless/Bad Cat EL84 amp. You would probably want pretty low-output "vintage-type" pickups and perhaps a bit of Compression and Chorus. No need for a Humbuckeror Strat pickup.
