Default Taylor NS neck adjustment

I was checking out a friends NS and noticed the action is high and it has to much relief. I think it is high due to the high humidity we have here. (Hawaii) Any advice on adjusting the action. Like which way and how much to turn the rod adjusting screw. Is it a 1/4" hex?

Careful, Careful, Careful. See the link below. The adjustment on your friend's NS may be in the sound hole. Make very gradual adjustments; no more than 1/8-1/4 turns then give it some time to adjust; at least a few minutes.
