Default Real Nitrocellulose for a satin finish

Hey everyone,

After French polishing all my guitars so far, I have someone who'd like the next guitar I'll be making to be finished with a real nitro finish in satin, not gloss.

I have been looking online to try to find a product that is real nitro and that offers a satin finish option, but so far, not much...

Any suggestions?

Thank you!!

FYI, universal flattening paste can be added to any lacquer to produce a matte or satin finish.
Here is one example.

Mohawk offers satin lacquer. I use it on my necks and it comes out with a bit less sheen then the gloss. I think sometimes when people describe a satin finish they really have a picture of a matte finish in their head. Mohawk also offers a matte lacquer.

I buy satin nitro from Stewmac. I get mine in rattle cans but they have spray liquid also.
