This forum is just fine...except for one SERIOUS problem:

My wife sent me this link, ostensibly as a warning...

https://www.facebook.com/countrymusi...type=3&theater

Here is the text for those who can't access the link:

A woman is on trial for beating her husband to death with his guitar collection. The judge says, "First offender?" She says, "No, first a Gibson, then a Fender!"

The subject line on my wife's email to me...GAS can get you killed.

We tend to talk each other into, rather than out of, buying yet another guitar.

Tony

i lightly tried a few forums and found this the most helpful, so this is it for me, as a past member of astronomy forums, i found some forums tend to have leader groups that seem to have one way of thinking, other issues i found is criticism doesnt seem to be taken lightly, i always thought the only way to better yourself is having your flaws pointed out, i accept this, but not many do, other things i found over the years is high end equipment owners dont like to hear they wasted money on a name, a forum opinion or something is just that, no need to get upset over it, its just an opinion, after all, we all read reviews and dont freak out over them

Yep, you have folks here with multiple guitars that are worth five and six figures apiece, but will still tell you how great a $200 Yamaha can be.

The OP's last post was in 2007, so maybe he didn't like it that much after all!
