For me it's any sort of corporate speak, usually spoken by the less experienced people..Things like: "You need to 'action' that" or "What are the 'take aways'?" But what REALLY irks me are the overuse of acronyms in written and verbal communication that I run into a lot in my field. Too many to mention, and most are not obvious.
Oh, and that reminds me..The use of "obviously" when it "obviously" isn't. IG

I usually hear it as, "I've got your back," which derives from military aviation's "I've got your six," six meaning the 6 o'clock position (back of an aircraft) and in the context of covering your buddy against enemy fire from behind.
