For me it's any sort of corporate speak, usually spoken by the less experienced people..Things like: "You need to 'action' that" or "What are the 'take aways'?" But what REALLY irks me are the overuse of acronyms in written and verbal communication that I run into a lot in my field. Too many to mention, and most are not obvious.

Oh, and that reminds me..The use of "obviously" when it "obviously" isn't.

This one's rather similar to the classic "The fact is ..." when what follows, in so many cases, is pure opinion!

I usually hear it as, "I've got your back," which derives from military aviation's "I've got your six," six meaning the 6 o'clock position (back of an aircraft) and in the context of covering your buddy against enemy fire from behind.
