Taylor 522-12 fret. Not the nut width or bridge style you seek, but a real beauty for the eyes and ears in the modern style tradition.

The larrivee 03 12 fret hog top for sale here in the Forum classifieds by member tikabear would fit the bill. I had a larrivee hog top for many years and loved it. Sold it to fund the purchase of a 00017s (12 fret). The 03 for sale is a 12 fret and should be an exceptional little guitar. Don't know tikabear or that particular guitar.

Eastman AC508M
GC or 00'ish size. They come up now and then. Very nice. Expect to pay in the $700 range. Really nice all mahogany guitars.

Another vote to check out the Taylor 522. I love mine and other than the nut width and the bridge, it checks off most of your boxes.

I'm not sure of the nut widths, and they are expensive! But the Santa Cruz 1929 00 is a "win the lottery" guitar for me.

Good experience with the Martin OOO-15S here. Nice balanced tone, strong on fundamentals. Not a particularly loud guitar but perfect for intimate settings.
Also check out the flagrant copy by Sigma; a lovely guitar and very inexpensive-not all solid though.

Here's a video. The comparisons between the Martin 14-fret and the Sigma 12-fret aren't really fair, but I love the sound of the Sigma; just so much more effervescent and bright than the somewhat muddy Martin. I imagine it would sound brighter still played with a pick or fingerpicked with nails. The reviewer played bare fingered.

I bought one about 3 months ago and it's been fantastic.
