My Schertler is still going strong, but this looks like competition should the Unico fail...

light weight
8" speaker
2 duplicate channels
nice EQ
phantom power
pole stand slot
kick back feature

Looks like an attempt, a good strong attempt, to compete with the AER products which he also designed. The price point says top notch as does the marketing so far. The small combo amps are really taking off these days. Lightweight, portable, great sound, and make good monitors for larger crowds.

I like the guitar-tone of the AER products and covet their portability. But the two I've heard weren't as good at vocals as the Unico. Perhaps this will shine for both.

My AER Compact gives me great vocal sound - in the optimum sized room. These new amps look great but at a price.

From watching the videos, it doesn't make a pure acoustic sound very well. Too much quack and glassiness. Course he never had the amp on a more bass setting, everything was too treble driven, in the last video.
