Default 2017 Taylor 214ce Koa Deluxe

SOLD - 2017 Taylor 214ce Koa Deluxe. Thanks, everyone, for your interest. It is truly hardly played – not a scratch or dimple anywhere on the guitar or its case. Even has the original static cling sticker on the pickguard. (It went to a tickled pink fellow AGFer for my full asking price, and shipping was not necessary - a good deal for both of us!)

(Sorry, I don't know how to resize these pictures - I'm just excited I got them to post!)

Hurricane Irma blew through and took our electricity with her for the better part of three days. It's back, and so am I, with this top of the 214 series. Great sound, looks, feel, and price. I bought it as a favor to a college student friend who needed money for car repairs, thinking I would use it as a "beater" in places I wouldn't care to take my 17-yr. old 914. This 214 is much too nice to be called a beater, and I would like to sell it so I can help some friends affected by recent storms. That's why I'm not really open to trades, sorry.

Note that this is not the standard 214ce, but the Koa Deluxe.

I saw a recent ad in our AuctionsBot for the same guitar for $2,976! Its MSRP is $1700, so that one must be a good bit nicer than most somehow! This guitar is selling today for $1299 at Guitar Center/Musicians Friend, Sweetwater, zZounds, Reverb, some of our forum Sponsors, etc. $950 would be a good price for a 4-month old, practically untouched one.

Hey there Cotton,

Well I know you said you're not interested in a trade. But I have this Taylor beauty that may interest you ...or not

Let me know if you want to talk about details as yours certainly fits the bill for me!

Wow, Edward! What a beautiful 616ce limited! I know it sounds as good as it looks. Unfortunately, I can't work a trade - I'm trying to help some folks in trouble, and cash would help them a lot more than my acquiring another beautiful guitar. Sell it to some wise soul, send me part of the money, and mine will become yours, as if by magic!

Thanks for the kind words! Yessir, something about euro spruce and Macassar ...lush city!!
But yeah, I know you were not looking for a trade ...just thought I'd run it up the flagpole ...just in case

And big kudos to you, man, for helping out folks in their hour of need. Best to you, sir!
