Default Pod XT Live good distortion with a T5

Does anyone have a good preset that they use to get a nice solid/driving distortion sound out of a T5? I've downloaded a few but haven't quite found what I'm looking for. Most of them were a bit too fuzzy. If so, and if they are available on the custom tone download page, let me know. Also, let me know what pickup you typically use for that type of sound.

I just got the T5 two weeks ago and the Pod today, so I'm still trying to figure out this setup. Any help I can get would be appreciated.

I really liked the Matchless and Soldano patches before I sold mine.

You should be able to get that out of whatever you plug into it as the modeling will make any guitar sound almost identical...T5 or Simon or Ion...

I have the X3L... try the Uberscholl amp.
Nice tight distortion for playing leads on my T5.
For everything else, I go to the Plexi Marshalls and the "Jump" marshalls.
There's enough there to get things goin'.
