Spark Mini flashing red lights?

I have a Spark mini, only used it for a few hours. All 4 red lights are flashing non stop. The power button does nothing. Why is this happening, how to fix? Thanks in advance.

By googling your subject line, I found dozens of links. Did you try this?

Looks like either a factory reset, or flashing firmware to an earlier version works for some people.

Thanks, I must have spent 2 hours trying those suggestions, but nothing. Sent correspondence to the mfg. but no response after 10 days. No phone # either?
