Eric Clapton intro lick
I've been playing " Nobody knows you when your down and out " for a while now. I usually don't play things exactly the same as another artist, but there is a walk-down lick in the intro to Clapton's at 0:36-039 that I like and would like to add it to mine. I can't quite get the the notes tabbed out. It's a walk-down from G to C with a little slide. Any help would be appreciated. Video link below, Thanks

I watched the vdeo you linked but I couldn't pick it up. Thought maybe you would settle for an alternative.

Hows this,
E╓─────────────────────────┐ B╟─────────────────────────┤ G╟─────────────────────────┤ D╟─────────0─2─3───2─0─────┤ A╟───0─1─2─────────────────┤ E╙─3───────────────────────┘ . .1 + + 2 + + 3 + + 4 + + There's a hint of a slide up to the third fret on the D string. The video on my PC is rather poor but sounds something like to me. |
