Default New song--My Dad's Harmonica

Those of you who were at Monroestock heard me perform this song solo when it was so new I was still slapping it on the rump and assigning it Apgar scores. Well I (along with my band the Sass! Trio) finally recorded it and here it is:
http://homepage.mac.com/WebObjects/F...cty=US&lang=en

It'll take you to my .mac filesharing page. Find "My Dad's Harmonica" and click on the download symbol. You have your choice of .mp3 or .mp4 formats. Hope you like it.

I sang lead and played everything on it (guitars, bass, harmonica) except hand drum. Susan & Kate sang backup, and Kate played hand drum.

With Father's Day coming up, I thought it was appropriate. Feel free to perform it if you'd like--I'll shoot you the lyrics & chords if you wish.

Default how do I upload a song as an attachment?

Trying an alternative way to upload "My Dad's Harmonica" without making people have to download it from my .mac site. I click on the Attachment icon, it brings up the attachment window, I select the .mp3 from my hard drive, click "upload," wait, and then it tells me I have "sum of all attachments owned by Chicago Sandy: 4.97MB. But nothing shows up in this composition window. I tried again and then got "Upload Error," the filename, and "Attachment in Progress. Can be deleted here"

I then went to my User CP and it's there. I click on it and it plays. But how do I embed it in a post so AGFers can stream it?

What am I doing wrong?

That is a beautifull song Sandy. You have a very nice way of bringing out the feeling in your music, and you do it very well...

Sandy, that was great! It was well-written, played, and sung. I really enjoyed that!

Very well done. Great song; moving and touching, but not over-the-top. Very enjoyable recording. Nice mix. Great harmonies.

I just hope you used his harmonical on it.

Sadly, I have not yet learned to figure out how to play a 64-reed Hohner Chromonica with a thumb slide.....but I'm trying. Did use a Hohner Golden Melody, though.
